"Request for Quotation (RFQ) – General Instructions
The Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE) is inviting quotations for the items detailed in the attached RFQ documents. Please ensure your submission complies with the following general terms:

• Submission Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by February 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

• Pricing: All quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Delivery: Items must be delivered to the SZABIST ZABTech Hyderabad Chapter within one (01) week of Purchase Order (PO) issuance.

• How to Submit:

  • Email: Send your quotation through your official company email to [email protected].

  • Physical Submission: If an official email is not available, physical submission to the Procurement Office is mandatory.

Note: All quotations must be on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, and must include NTN and complete contact details. For item-wise specifications and quantities, please refer to the individual attached RFQs.""
