Rental Space Required for Offices in Hyderabad and Mirpur Khas

Location: Hyderabad and Mirpur Khas Cities

Overview:
We are requesting for sealed quotes/proposals for office spaces in Hyderabad city and Mirpur Khas City of Sindh of approximately 1,000 square feet minimum, covered area in area of main cities, which will be used primarily for office space. The building should be constructed with concrete (must be in good working condition) and include the following specifications:-

1. Space requirements:

• Approximately Size: Approximately 1,000 square feet covered area in areas of main city
• The building must make provision for goods and passengers lifts (if multi storey building)
• Water supply for restroom and kitchen facilities.

• Sufficient car parking space.

• Separate Electricity Meters
• Separate Entry/Exit.
• Safe from all the four sides.

3. Execution Timeline:

• Start Date: 1-March-2026.
• Duration: The Contract will be made for 07 months initially with possible extension upon mutual consent of both the parties.

4. Cost:
We are expecting a sealed quotation for hiring of spaces in both cities on cost per square feet basis inclusive of all taxes.

5. Validity:
Validity of the quotations must be 01 month after 24th Feb 2026.

6. This procurement lies under DOS, Govt. of United States funded project. As per DOS rules, GST amount charged on any invoice over US$ 500/- will be withheld by Jhpiego and sent to DOS Pakistan for tax exemption from Govt. of Pakistan. This process takes at least 120-180 days. Upon approval from DOS, withheld GST amount is paid to vendor by deducting WHT or tax exemption certificate is provided shared by DOS

7. Delivery of Sealed Quote:
We would appreciate receiving your quotation via courier in a sealed envelope by 5:00pm of 24th February 2026 at Jhpiego Islamabad Office address mentioned in above table.
