CARE Pakistan is inviting proposals from qualified consultant firms to develop gender-responsive training content and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) under the project “Enhancing Private Sector Awareness on Green Skills and Climate-Smart Technologies.”

The assignment aims to strengthen the capacity of SMEs and private sector actors to adopt climate-smart and environmentally sustainable practices, with a strong focus on renewable energy, agriculture & livestock, and water management, while ensuring inclusion of women and marginalized groups.

Location: Islamabad & Gilgit Baltistan
Duration: 20 February 2026 – 30 April 2026
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Development of modular, gender-responsive training curriculum and materials

• Preparation of Trainer’s Manual, Participant Handbook, and training presentations

• Delivery of two ToT workshops (Islamabad & Gilgit Baltistan)

• Incorporation of inclusive, adult learning and facilitation approaches

Eligibility:
Firms with demonstrated experience in climate change, green skills, training design and delivery, and working with government, private sector, and development organizations are encouraged to apply.
