Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MEAL plans, tools, and frameworks in line with PULSE Project objectives.
- Design data collection tools, ensure data quality, and oversee field-level monitoring activities.
- Conduct routine monitoring visits, spot checks, and verification of project activities.
- Ensure timely collection, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Maintain project databases and dashboards for tracking progress against indicators.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments as required.
- Ensure accountability mechanisms including feedback, complaint, and response systems.
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories.
- Build MEAL capacity of project staff through training and on-job support.
- Ensure compliance with donor, PMU/BOR, and organizational MEAL requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEAL experience, preferably in donor-funded development projects.
- Proven experience in monitoring frameworks, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong command of data collection tools (ODK, Kobo, CommCare, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/SPSS (preferred).
- Familiarity with community mobilization, land governance, or urban development projects is an asset.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Required Qualifications & Experience:
