The Distribution officer having Bachelor in agriculture or Master in social sciences and at least two years of experience in the role of a distribution. |

Mission 1 : Community Engagement & Beneficiary Identification
Mission 2: Cash Distribution Preparation & Delivery
Mission 3: Monitoring, Reporting & Accountability
Mission 4: Logistics & Warehouse Support (Cold Wave Supplies, if any)
Mission 5: Coordination & Operational Support
Mission 6: Asset & Resource Management
Mission 7 : Trainings Conduct trainings, learning sessions, and seminars with beneficiaries, project partners and other stakeholders as identified. Maintain follow-up of learning, feedback, and new areas identified Mission 8 : Field Management Is responsible for support in arranging training venues within the community Is responsible for liaising with other implementing partners in the field to avoid duplication Has knowledge of community social mobilization to guide and monitor the activities of the social mobilizers/ volunteers in field |
