Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), is a Not-for-Profit organization. Shifa Foundation is organizing NI Event 2026 in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Interested and eligible event management service providers are invited to submit their sealed quotations for the following items/services:

Terms & Conditions

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

• Last date for submission: Friday, 30 January 2026 (quotations received after the due date will not be entertained).

• Services will be required on 12 February 2026 at Best Western Hotel, Islamabad, subject to issuance of work order.

• Prices must be inclusive of all government taxes, delivery, and installation of equipment.

• Quoted rates must remain valid for six (06) weeks.

• All or some of the above-mentioned items/services may be requested on a need basis through a work order.

• Payment will be made within 20 working days via crossed cheque in favor of the company/business upon receipt of invoice/bill.
