Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) is a non-governmental organization registered under Societies Act 1860 and working in Sindh Province since 2003. SRSO is implementing multiple donor-funded development and infrastructure projects.

SRSO invites sealed bids from eligible, registered, reputable and experienced firms/contractors for the following works:

Note: Vehicles should be in good roadworthy condition, registered, insured, and suitable for official project use.

Interested bidders may obtain complete set of tender documents from SRSO Head Office or concerned Regional Office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee.

Bids must be submitted on or before the closing date and time mentioned in the tender documents. Late submissions will not be entertained.

SRSO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

Scope of Services

The selected service provider shall be responsible for:

• Providing operational, roadworthy, and registered vehicles throughout the contract period.
• Providing drivers with valid driving licenses, Ensuring routine maintenance, repairs, and lubricants. Ensuring vehicle replacement in case of breakdown.
• Compliance with all applicable traffic, labor, and safety laws.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

• Interested bidders must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements: documentary evidence will be required.
  - Must possess a valid NTN and Sindh Sales Tax (SST) registration.
  - Must have relevant experience in providing rental vehicle services.
  - Must not be blacklisted by any public or private organization. Supported with Affidavit.

4. Bid Submission Requirements

• The bid shall consist of Single Envelop Single Stage.

• Proposal shall include:
  • Monthly rental cost per vehicle
  • Total cost for 10 months
  • Applicable taxes clearly shown

Bids received after the deadline shall not be entertained.

7. Bid Evaluation & Award Criteria

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder who is evaluated as responsive and most advantageous,
based on:
- Competitive and reasonable prices
- Compliance with technical requirements
- Relevant experience and past performance
- Technical, professional, and financial capacity

SRSO reserves the right to verify all information provided by the bidders.

8. Taxes & Duties

• Al prices shall be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
• Applicable taxes shall be deducted at source in accordance with the Government of Pakistan
and Government of Sindh tax laws.
