Job Description:

• Conduct vision and hearing screening activities in accordance with approved screening tools and guidelines.

• Promote personal and community hygiene practices through awareness sessions and on-site guidance.

• Identify, flag, and document suspected cases requiring further clinical assessment.

• Ensure timely referral of suspected cases to appropriate health facilities or supervisors as per referral protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of screenings, observations, and referrals.

• Coordinate with supervisors and clinical teams to support follow-up and case management.

• Adhere to organizational SOPs, safeguarding, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
