Job Description:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Maintain client database, records, and project documentation
- Assist in bid submissions, compliance, and follow-ups
- Manage contracts, POs, invoices, and reporting
- Support basic finance (invoicing, payments) and HR coordination
- Ensure SOP compliance and improve operational processes
