We’re Hiring: HR Officer (Onsite – Islamabad)
KM Ustawana International is a fast-growing multi-sector group operating in Global Ecommerce, Brand Partnerships, Consultancy Services, and Investment Management, with multiple offices across Pakistan.
We are looking for a competent and responsible HR Officer to manage and streamline our HR operations across all offices.
Location: Islamabad (Head Office – Onsite)
Offices: Islamabad, Lahore, Narowal, Sukkur
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- • Handle HR operations and coordinate with admin, partners, and collaborators
- • Manage attendance, employee records, and documentation across all offices
- • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- • Support and manage recruitment processes end-to-end
- • Assist management in performance reviews and employee evaluations
- • Ensure a smooth and professional employee experience
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR
- • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- • Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and documentation
- • At least 2 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- • Strong recruiting and candidate management skills
- • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- • Critical thinking and flexibility in problem-solving
- • Ability to work independently and take full ownership
