A reputable non-governmental organization based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is expected to implement a project in District Bar Swat. Applications are invited from qualified, competent, and professionally motivated individuals

  • Qualification: B.Tech or DAE Civil

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the development sector, with at least 2 years preferably with NNGO/INGO on similar nature projects

  • Duty Station: Madyan Tehsil Bahrain District Bar Swat

  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conduct technical assessments of flood-affected infrastructure and identify rehabilitation and reconstruction needs.

    • Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications.

    • Supervise construction, rehabilitation, and repair activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and quality requirements.

    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, verify measurements, and ensure timely completion.

    • Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and community representatives for effective project execution.

    • Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

    • Verify contractors' work, measurements, and completion reports before processing payments.

    • Maintain proper records of site inspections, progress reports, photographs, and other technical documents.

    • Perform any other relevant engineering tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Remuneration: Attractive salary packages shall be offered to suitable candidates.
