Teletaleem is looking candidates for the position of Edtech District Coordinators. (Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Muzaffargarh, Lodhran, Rahimyarkhan, Nankana Sahib)

• Coordinate teacher trainings and refresher sessions on FLN, pedagogy and digital learning.

• Visit schools and mentor teachers on foundational literacy, numeracy and remedial support.

• Support learning interventions, assessments and classroom improvement.

• Guide teachers on LMS, digital resources and classroom integration.

• Monitor training, classroom practices and student progress; maintain records and reports.

• Coordinate with district education officials and school leadership to promote inclusive and safe learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Social Sciences or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in teacher training, primary education, FLN or school support.

• Strong knowledge of FLN, formative assessment and remedial teaching.

• Proficiency in LMS, Google Workspace and Excel.

• Strong facilitation, communication, reporting and coordination skills.

• Willingness to undertake frequent school visits; local district/language knowledge preferred.
