Looking for a capable Centre Incharge to manage overall operations of the centre — supervising staff, overseeing patient services for TB, Leprosy, Eye Care, and Mother & Child Health, maintaining records, and coordinating with head office and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations and supervise staff
• Manage patient flow and service delivery across TB, Leprosy, Eye, and Mother & Child Health programs
• Maintain records of patients, attendance, inventory, and activities
• Liaise with head office and local community/stakeholders
• Ensure the centre is well-maintained and runs smoothly
• Handle basic administrative matters, escalating major issues to head office

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a health/NGO setting with some supervisory experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to be based at the centre location
