CALL FOR AUCTION- USED VEHICLES (CFA REF.: PAK-VEH-AUCT-2026/01) 

An international non-profit humanitarian organization hereby invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms and organizations for the Auction of the Used Vehicles listed below through a competitive auction process

Vehicle details are mentioned below

All following used vehicles (registered in Islamabad, Pakistan), and token taxes are cleared up to June 2027

Terms and Conditions

1. All vehicles shall be sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. The detailed terms and conditions are mentioned in attached documents of this advertisement.
2. Vehicle Inspection: Interested bidders may visit the organization’s office (address mentioned below) at their own cost for the inspection of vehicles between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM from Monday to Thursday during the bid submission timeline.
3. Bid Security Requirement: Interested bidders are required to provide bid security equivalent to 10% of the quoted price in shape of a pay order/bank draft in favor of organization bank title mentioned in the attached documents. Organization’s having NTN # (2948440-5). Any bid not accompanied by a bid security shall be considered non-responsive and shall be rejected.
4. Submission of Bids: Sealed bids must be submitted to following organization’s address on or before Monday, 14^th Sep 2026, COB.
5. Required Supporting Documents: Copy of valid CNIC; NTN Certificate (where applicable); and Original Bid Security instrument.
6. Sealed Envelope Requirement: Bids must be submitted in a properly sealed envelope clearly marked " CALL FOR AUCTION- USED VEHICLES (CFA REF.: PAK-VEH-AUCT-2026/01)
