Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from all eligible suppliers in Pakistan for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture and electrical / electronic equipment for its NI MMS Scale UP Project office in District Hyderabad. No prior registration with Shifa Foundation is required to submit a quotation. Bidders may quote for Lot A, Lot B or both lots; every item in a lot must be quoted.
LOT A - OFFICE FURNITURE
- Office revolving chair - adjustable height, mesh back and seat, steel or high-quality armrests - 2 Nos.
- Wooden office table - standard size 3.5 ft x 2.5 ft - 2 Nos.
- Fixed visitor chair - non-adjustable, same build and fabric quality as the revolving chair - 4 Nos.
- Wooden file cupboard - lockable, multi-shelf - 1 No.
LOT B - ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONIC AND IT EQUIPMENT
- Water dispenser - hot and cold (reference: Haier HDR-TC2C1 series or equivalent) - 1 No.
- Laser multifunction printer - print / scan / copy, network and wireless (reference: HP LaserJet MFP 139fnw or equivalent) - 1 No.
- Split air conditioner - 1.5 ton, inverter, with installation - 1 No.
- Pedestal fan - rechargeable, battery backup - 2 Nos.

ELIGIBILITY
Legally registered suppliers with valid NTN, sales-tax registration and active-taxpayer status. Branded goods must be offered by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor / dealer.
DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH
Company registration; NTN and sales-tax registration; proof of active-taxpayer status; manufacturer / distributor authorization for brands offered; evidence of two similar supplies; recent bank statement or audit report; signed price schedule and bidder declaration (in the attached RFQ).
PRICES AND DELIVERY
Prices in PKR, GST shown separately, including delivery, installation and all other charges. Delivery within [14] days of the Purchase Order. Payment within 20 working days of delivery acceptance, by cross-cheque. Invoices must show the supplier's NTN / CNIC.
EVALUATION
Eligibility check, then technical compliance, then lowest evaluated price (all taxes, delivery and installation included) for each lot. Shifa Foundation may award by lot or as a package. Bidders with a conflict of interest, false information, blacklisting or missing documents are excluded.
