Laar Humanitarian and Development Programme (LHDP) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance and sustainable development initiatives across Sindh.

LHDP invites applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following positions under the project:

 Project:WASH & Livelihood Support for Affected People of Sindh

Position: Admin & Finance Officer (01 Position)

Duty Station: Head Office Badin & Filed Office Jati 

Contract Duration:4 Months (extendable based on project requirements and funding availability).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project financial transactions in accordance with organizational and donor policies.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, cashbooks, and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Process payments, payroll, advances, and settlements.

  • Ensure compliance finance, and administrative procedures.

  • Maintain office administration, inventory, fixed asset register, and office supplies.

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and relevant government authorities.

  • Support project audits and donor compliance requirements.

  • Maintain personnel files and provide administrative support to project staff.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Coordinator or Management.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably with NGOs/INGOs.

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, procurement, and donor compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.

  • Knowledge of donor regulations and NGO financial procedures will be an added advantage.
