Job Title: Project Director Education

Salary: PKR 200,000 to PKR 300,000

Location: Hazara Region (Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for education projects.

Develop and implement project work plans, budgets, and timelines.

Ensure project activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Supervise and mentor project managers, education officers, and support staff.

Coordinate with government departments, donors, schools, and partner organizations.

Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of targets and indicators.

Prepare donor reports, project updates, and presentations.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations.

Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Oversee financial management, budget utilization, and resource allocation.

Lead recruitment, performance management, and capacity building of project staff.

Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and coordination forums.

Promote safeguarding, child protection, inclusion, and gender equality throughout project implementation.
