Job Description

We are looking for proactive, articulate, and commercially driven Executives – Client Services & Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our corporate clients and creative/production teams, while actively identifying new business opportunities, attending client pitch meetings across the twin cities, responding to RFPs, and expanding our agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Client Servicing: Act as the direct point of contact for assigned accounts; manage client meetings, gather comprehensive briefs, coordinate with creative/production teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality campaign delivery.

• Business Development & Field Visits: Conduct proactive business outreach across public, corporate, and development sectors; pitch agency capabilities in person and build long-term institutional relationships.

• Proposal & Pitch Development: Collaborate on developing strategic marketing proposals, pitch presentations, cost estimates, and tender/RFP submissions.

• Campaign Coordination: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, billing cycles, and client feedback to ensure service standards are consistently met.

• Market Intelligence: Keep track of market dynamics, upcoming tenders, and brand campaigns to identify high-value opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in client management, marketing communications, business development, or account executive roles (advertising/creative agency background is a strong plus).

• Conveyance: Own transport (car or motorbike) is mandatory for client meetings and official movement across Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

• Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bani Gala, Bhara Kahu (Barakho), and adjacent areas.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; polished presentation and client-handling etiquette.

• Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking, negotiation, and project-tracking abilities with attention to detail.

• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation tools.
