Qualification:

BA/MA English from an HEC recognized well reputed University with Diploma in Computer Science.


Experience, Qualities and Duties:

  • Two years Experience with a well reputed Organization on purchasing cum admin post. 
  • Must have top class negotiation and convincing skills
  • Must know the art of searching suppliers, comparing prices and purchasing quality items at cheapest price based on companies' requirements.
  • Should compare rates and negotiate well to get discounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and URDU/HINDI. (Pashtu will be a plus but not mandatory). 
  • Excellent Email composing skills with good typing speed.
  • Outspoken and Multitasker
  • Should Handle pressure
  • Should build, strengthen and sustain relations with suppliers in a highly competitive market.
  • Should be good Time Manager and punctual.
  • Should be good at problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Should be willing to carry out extra tasks if assigned by the management
  • Will insure timely response to inquiries
  • will keep computer systems updated and trouble shoot arising problems.
  • Will prepare documents and keep a record of all the documents in system for various tasks like vehicles registrations renewal, permits etc. renewal
  • Duties are not limited to the above only. Based on requirements the company can assign more duties as well.
