Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree students, graduates or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent skills to imagine, draw and design awesome designs that are unique and best in class.
- Ability to conduct small exercises to understand user requirements for designing and then build quick design prototypes to lock the requirements.
- Ability to sketch together design elements, interfaces to build unique interfaces.
- Ability to understand end users of the products and services and build designs meeting these requirements .
- Ability to design and develop key parts of the products and services in the intersection of HR, skill building and technology.
- The work you have done must be demonstrable through designs that are online.
- The applicant must have a deep understanding of conducting research, small product development, experimentation and testing methodologies that you must have learned during your studies or have implemented during your work.
- Interest and ability to learn in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills that are demonstrable during work, coordination with teams.
- Ability to take challenges and learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements, or conduct workshops to understand user requirements and design quick sketches or prototypes to lock the user requirements.
- Design components of the complete design and then sketch and glue components together to make an impressive final design output.
- Design web, mobile, or animations that are unique and impressive.
Note: Experience means that you have worked during Semester projects, Hobby projects, contributing to open source or community projects, or work during internship.
