JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking the daily patients’ appointments online or as referred by BHC Nurse
- Scheduling and Rescheduling appointments as per schedule and patient request
- Facilitating patients with payment processes online.
- Referring patients from GBC to a nearest facility for consultation through tele medicine as required
- Maintaining patient logs
- Calling patients for feedback and maintaining feedback logs
- Providing patients with referral linkages and answering queries
- For mental health: Should be able to maintain record of screening and referral to nearest Family Health Nurse, and Psychologist
- Do and maintain log of call out messages
- Receive and maintain log of call in messages
- Maintaining log of general complains
- Basic knowledge of lab services in GBC if there is a need
- Basic knowledge of screening for anxiety/depression?
- Providing information about outreach clinics depending on location
Qualification |
Preferred BScN, Post RN, relevant experience in Mental Health, tele medicine is preferred |
Language |
Urdu, English, Local Languages of GBC such as Burushaskhi , Shina or Khowar |
Skills Required
|
Good written , verbal and therapeutic communication skills, grasp on mobile based applications, Should know how to use Microsoft office including Teams. |
Coordination with patients and doctors for scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Follow up with patients on appointments and solving queries related to doctor appointments. Forming a follow up loop with patients for referral and feedback of services.

Prior work experience |
Minimum of two years’ experience in any outpatient setting including tele communication. |
Working Hours |
Full time, Monday- Saturday. 2 Helpline Nurses
