Position Summary: This position is responsible for assistance/support to the Infrastructure CPMU team specifically for Organizing Contractual Documentation, Coordination with Districts / Contractors, Invoicing Documentation, Progress Updates & any other work assigned by the Line Manager.

Location: Islamabad

Reporting and Supervision: This position will report to Sr. Infrastructure Manager/ Assistant Infrastructure Manager.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required: 

Bachelor in Civil Engineering Degree

Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council

Written and spoken English as well as local Languages

IT Literacy: able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at an intermediate level plus knowledge of Smartphone/Tablet application

Good Communication Skills

Efficient Documentation Skills

Fresh graduates or a minimum of 1 year of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects, especially building construction.

Experience in processing contractors invoices

Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assistance

Assist and learn from professionals Infrastructure Engineers (Representative of The Engineer) to record, plan, execute and report the activities assign to you by the Engineer/Rep of The Engineer.

Planning Daily Activities

Plan the routine activities and assist the Engineer/Rep of The Engineer in their execution. Review the Contracts and compile the relevant documents for the full & final settlement of Contracts. 

 

Assist the Data Management Specialist in preparation of template in excel sheet, formulations for analysis and evaluation of contractual disputes. 

Record Maintaining & Documentation

Printing, Copying, Filing the documents when assigned by any member from the Infrastructure team.

Recording and Preparation of MOM for the senior Project Manager

 

Any other work when assigned by The Engineer directly.
