Z Axis marketing is a diverse marketing company specialized in selling of real estate properties and units. The company is using conventional and digital marketing and selling activities for real estate projects. The company has its own well established call center as well. As part of the expansion plan, we are looking for various positions in sales department.

 

Expected Role:

For a Commercial cum residential project in DHA Emaar Islamabad, the position of Senior Manager Sales will be overall responsible for the management and implementation of Sales function. The core competency required is excellent communication and selling skills that could be instrumental in pitching sales targets. The core function of Sales Manager is to transform leads into potential customers and potential customers into sales deal. The job description includes but not limited to:

 

  • Oversee all activities of Sales and Business Development from planning to all stage of execution of Project offering residential apartments and commercial space/ shops.
  • Serve as first point of responsibility for Sales activities. Furthermore, support management in developing sales plans and strategies for better management.
  • Lead and manage Sales team that may emerge with time, as per best management practices in that area.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Day to day management oversight of Sales department and help support implementing Sales targets as planned.
  • Track and manage performance of Sales Staff and help innovate new plans for effective achievements of business goals.
  • Maintain staff discipline and business ethics in accomplishing activities.
  • Periodic reporting to management relating to Sales and other related activities including deviation from original plans.
  • From sales department, serve as focal person for reporting and knowledge management.
  • Work together with project management/ finance staff in receivable management.
  • Assume Business to Business (B2B) role in consultation with top management of company.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers, using conventional and digital sales techniques.

  • Prior experience in real estate and real estate project selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship building abilities
  • Solution and sales oriented approach

Preference will be given to incumbents with prior experience in sales of commercial and residential projects. Candidates graduated from LUMS; IBA; NUST or similar institution will be given preference. OR minimum of 15 years of progressive experience is offered by the candidate.
