Essential and Desirable Experience / Qualifications of Individual Consultant / Firms:

• Master degree in social sciences or related field.
• At least more than five years of demonstrated experience in conducting Community Management Skill Training & Leadership Management Skill Training.
• Experience in the use of participatory methodologies and developing inclusive social mobilization trainings and participatory monitoring
• Excellent written, spoken communications / demonstration skills in local and National language.
• Well reputed Individual consultant / Firm with demonstrated work experience is appreciated to apply.

Purpose of the Consultancy / Services:

The main purpose of consultancy service is to strengthen the capacity of community based organizations (CBO’s) on Leadership Management Skills (LMST) and Community Management Skills (CMST). The quality of contents and delivery of trainings would be based on relevant materials (i.e. guidelines, modules, monitoring tools, manuals, reading material), real time management of expectations from participants and experience/competence of trainers.

Deliverables:

During this assignment, Individual consultant / firm will undertake at least following deliverables;

• The consultant will develop training module over CMST & LMST with detailed session plan & necessary formats and will share with the client for further discussion and improvement.
• The consultant after approval of CMST & LMST Module, will present final Module and work plan to execute the activity at field level. (printing of module will be done by client)
• The consultant will conduct and submit Pre & Post Tests with results on specified approved format.
• The consultant will follow training cycle strictly during training delivery to target CBOs.
• The consultant will develop and submit a final training report with best activity based pictures, attendance sheet etc.
