We're looking for Machine Learning Development Lead to manage international Machine Learning (ML) development team and will be responsible for meeting project deadlines. The position provides extensive opportunity to apply ML and development skills to create inventive solutions. Candidate will be reporting to the software development lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead from a technical standpoint by providing solutions to product development hitches
• Meet project deadlines by managing AI/ ML development team
• Develop understanding of business case, customer requirements and product details
• Assist HR for hiring new team members
• Maintenance of deployed products with minimal downtime

Knowledge/ Skills

• MS in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering with courses in AI and ML
• Experience: 3+ years in AI/ ML with large scale data analytics
• Experience with programming languages including but not limited to C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.
• Experience with ML APIs/ frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, AWS Sagemaker, PyTorch, XGboost, CatBoost, etc.
• Experience with numerical computing and visualization tools such as NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib etc.
• Experience with model serving APIs like: Tensorflow Serving, TorchServe, Django, etc.
• Knowledge of hardware acceleration tools such as Numba, PyCuda, TFX Runtime, etc.
• Working experience of CNNs-based image classification models
• Good understanding of Linux, containers and microservices
