Sales Promotion Officers/Manager - Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sialkot

We are a local company with a diverse range of Medical Devices commonly used in different type of surgeries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on sales opportunities
• Field Working in Retail, hospitals and institutions
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible for completer tender process Management and coordination at different stages -  

tender evaluation, participation, pre-bid and post bid

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Handling Distributors, directing supply and oversee order placements
• Outstation traveling with promotion and sales responsibilities in the region

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate degree in Business or Marketing
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Healthcare Industry
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and relationship building
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and Problem-solving skills
