Job Title: Community Manager (Social Media)

Job Description:

  • Respond to comments/inbox messages in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the Facebook page response time is maintained to a max of 1 hour during working hours.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online comments on all digital platforms related to KhairKhwah.
  • Hide spam/irrelevant comments.
  • Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
  • Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
  • Create a list of weekly queries received and share with the digital team.
  • Highlight high risk messages/comments to the digital team immediately.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Coordinate with the Digital team and provide support wherever required.
  • The person should summarise key social listening themes and messages and report back.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Hands on experience with social media management.
  • Available to respond to queries during weekends, holidays etc
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
