Job Title: Community Manager (Social Media)
- Respond to comments/inbox messages in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Facebook page response time is maintained to a max of 1 hour during working hours.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online comments on all digital platforms related to KhairKhwah.
- Hide spam/irrelevant comments.
- Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
- Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Create a list of weekly queries received and share with the digital team.
- Highlight high risk messages/comments to the digital team immediately.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Coordinate with the Digital team and provide support wherever required.
- The person should summarise key social listening themes and messages and report back.
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Hands on experience with social media management.
- Available to respond to queries during weekends, holidays etc
- Knowledge of online marketing.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
