Qualification: MBA Finance/ICMA/ACCA or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience of working as Finance / Accounts Manager, processing of bills, payable, receivables and complex financial transaction, reconciliation of funds and cash flows/plan, financial projection and conducting financial analysis and due diligence, knowledge of tax laws, sales tax, etc. International Certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner
Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
Well versed with office productivity, MS Excel, Internet, and email applications
He/She will prepare and submit bills to AGPR for clearance
Responsible for processing payment for approval from PD, scrutinizing invoices, contracts, and other project-related documents before processing the payment.
Report to Project Manager and assist Project Manager and Project Director in performing routine project-related tasks and activities.
Regular follow-ups on the release of funds with the Ministry of IT and other Govt. Departments
Reconciliation of accounts with AGPR and Bank and bookkeeping and accounts handling. Working on automated accounting software is a big plus.
Follow-ups with AGPR, MOITT for clearance funds and bills
Will work under the direction of PM and PD.
