Introduction

The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently more than 13,000 members and over 2,500 charter members in 63 chapters across 17 countries. TiE’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship globally through mentoring, networking, and education. OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the assignment are to:

• Highlight the success stories of startups/beneficiaries that have received training under WeCreate Club and Startup Academy.
• Showcase the socio-economic impact of the trainings and mentorship provided.
• Share the success and achievements under the initiatives.

Description:

The purpose of this consultancy/services is to engage a specialized Animation and Video Production Firm / Consultant for the project. The videos will be published on TiE Islamabad social media platforms. 

We're planning to make two videos (three minutes and 1 minute) to show define what program is, how it works graphically and its impact. 

Details:

• Each video will be produced in English language (with English subtitles where required).
• It will provide an extensive visual account of the beneficiaries’ stories. Each video will reflect upon the process of learning and training in different enterprise skills and their journey towards economic empowerment.
• The consultant shall prepare draft scripts and make edits under the direction of TiE's coordinator until the script is approved by the organization.
• Upon completion of changes, voice over, music insertion, subtitling, graphic insertions, end-credit, etc., the consultant will share the video with TiE Islamabad for final preview. The final video will be provided to TiE Islamabad in digital format (full HD).
• The consultant will be responsible for providing all technical equipment and personnel, and for all logistical arrangements. All materials will be owned and copyrighted by TiE Islamabad.

TIMEFRAME:

 This Videos should be delivered within one week after signing contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

The Animation and Video Production Firm / Consultant must have:

• Proven experience in developing quality mass-media outputs for all genres, especially animations, introductions videos, etc.;
• Previously worked on media content development, i.e. graphics, animations, television and/or radio, that accommodate and reflect different cultural norms, preferences, traditions and dialects of Pakistan;  
• Mobility and willingness to accept assignments at a short notice;
• Previously worked with large development and aid organizations; and
• Resources to develop accurate, high-quality productions in English and Urdu.

DELIVERABLES:

• Final scripts and the storyboards;
• Final voiceover, editing, graphics, animations, subtitles, music and of two videos (3 minutes and 1 minute)
• Revisions and final retouching of videos.
• 5-7 Short interview/screen recording videos to be edited (Adding logo/contact details/subtitles/name of concerned person etc.)
