ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Marketing manager to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams, and project leaders. The successful hire will be responsible to develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan using competitive analysis and ROI assessments in a fast-moving Agile business supporting products across multiple business units. He / She will be using analytics to present findings & recommendations. An ideal fit is an experienced professional who has led Marketing efforts across marketing functions, including: B2B growth, content, campaigns, lifecycle, events, market research, customer marketing, PR, partnerships. He / She will be responsible for promoting products, services or organization by reaching out to potential markets and customers in the domains of aerospace, electronics and communications.
- Digital Marketing: SEO optimization, Google and web analytics, keyword analysis.
- Campaign Set-Up: Set up and manage digital and social media campaigns
- Content Management: Develop content for collateral, newsletters, digital ads, and website.
- Experience in marketing projects management, development, and implementation of Go-to-market strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
MBA (Marketing) with BBA, having minimum CGPA of 3 (or equivalent) from reputed inland / foreign institute.
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
- Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques for implementing marketing strategies
- Proposal Writing (MS Office, Proposify, RFPIO, Odoo)
- Aware with marketing tools (Marketo, Vocus, Hubspot, MailChimp)
- Budget and cost analysis know‐how (NetSuite, Vena, OnPlan, Dynamics 365)
- Knowledge of social media marketing
- Experience of running large scope projects with cross‐over departments and large teams
- Experience of data analysis (Google Analytics and AdWords)
- 3 – 5 year experience in a reputed local / multi‐national firm
- The hired manager will be on 2‐3 months’ probation period. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the probation period.
