Duty Hours: Minimum 8 hours Per Day

                             

Position objectives:

To develop and implement RHS marketing strategies for growth in line with five years strategic plan, identifying new business opportunities, developing RHS as leading brand in Healthcare for ensuring quality healthcare with financial sustainability.

To focus on identifying new business opportunities in the light of five years strategic plan of the RHS, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities

2.

To maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that market analysis and important key trends to be shared and communicated to key stakeholders

3.

To Develop and execute business plans as per five years strategic plan for RHS

10

4.

To coordinate with Corporate Companies, Health Takaful companies for adding new panels for providing healthcare services in four hospitals.

5.

To develop relationships with businesses and community groups in the areas of every hospital for promotion  of Hospital Services

10

6.

To develop and market new clinical services internally and in collaboration with external stakeholders / partners

10

7.

To coordinate with the Central Marketing Team to monitor and analyze hospital media exposure for RHS branding and running promotional campaigns including website development,  YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

8.

To oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based

9.

To develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements, videos that meet the marketing strategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines

10.

To coordinate with Patient Services Department for ensuring excellent patients experience in hospital and working on consistent relationship with patients.

11.

To participate in the planning , implementation and management of hospitals marketing budget

12.

 

To follow Islamic and medical ethics as per IIMCT mission statement and ensure compliance by all nursing and paramedical staff as well.

13.

Any other task assigned by the management.
