Job Purpose:

To develop and enable Virtual Care framework including telemedicine for the doctors of the hospital and work with patients to develop and review the plan of care and enable online lab and online pharmacy services.

1.

To formulate, administer and maintain the detailed project plan, which will include all required activities, tasks, risks, issues and resources requirements, leading to a successful and timely implementation

To obtain, validate, analyze and manipulate data from various internal and external sources to assist in making informed decisions

3.

To enabling telemedicine for the doctors of the hospital and ensure proper communication with the doctors in order to enhance clarity regarding the process.

4.

To help patients navigate through entire spectrum of care.

5.

To work with patients through tele-medicine to review plans of care and create new ones as needed.

6.

To participate in Professional Development programs with respect to Telemedicine.

7.

To communicate operational KPIs and reinforce through proactive feedback.

10

8.

To ensure effective communication with the doctors and the patients in order to streamline the whole process and make it user-friendly for them.

9.

To develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the teams and cross-functionally

10.

To Manage and formulate project plan for Home Care Management for the patients, which will include all required activities, tasks, risks, issues and resource requirements, leading to effective implementation.

To ensure effective and comprehensive collection of feedback from the patients and doctors and ensure proper data management and analysis with an aim to improve the overall experience.

12.

To follow Islamic and medical ethics as per IIMCT mission statement.

13.

Any other tasks assigned by the management.
