Qualification:

• Masters in Project management
• MBA

Preference will be given for additional graduation in Sociology / Social Sciences

Experience/Preference

• 03 Years or more experience in Project Management, preferably Eye health background
• Managing and evaluating international development programmes with Government, NGOs, and other development organisations
• Good knowledge and understanding of international development work and understanding of inclusive Project Cycle Management (iPCM)
• Working experience with INGOS in eye health with good understanding in financial management, all widely followed programming principles and priorities
• Experience and understanding of Community Based Inclusive Development
• Prefer Experience working with PWDs
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly advanced Excel skills), MS Navision & MS Sharepoint Solutions
• Willing for frequent M&E and field travelling
• Experience in proposal writing
• Must poses good communication skills
