Position Objectives:

To maintain the financial and accounts records of PRCS in accordance with internal policies & procedures and as per accounting standards applicable in PRCS.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

1

Supervise all kind of receivables and payables.

2

Preparation and monitoring of budget.

3

Preparation of Financial Statement for management purposes and for statutory audits.

4

Transfer of funds to branch offices and reconciliation of funds on periodical basis.

5

Verification and transfer of monthly payroll.

6

Coordination and submission of financial reports to donors.

7

Key point of contact for banks and revenue authorities as applicable.

8

Responsible for PRCS Investment Portfolio Management.

9

Responsible for upgrading of GL Code/Charts of Accounts in PRCS Financial Software System in accordance with the approved budget and need basis.

10

Submission of monthly reports to HOD Finance and PRCS Higher Management for decision making.

11

Responsible for the Tax Management.

12

Responsible for the treasury related matters.

13

 Be responsible to act as acting Head of Finance in absence of Head of Finance.

14

Any other task as assigned by Head of Finance.

  •  

 Education.

 

 CA Intermediate, ACCA, ICMA, Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.

 

 Experience.

 

 For CA Intermediate-Articles ship (three years) with two years’ of post articles ship experience;

 For ACCA and ICMA five years of accounting & finance experience.

 For Master’s degree or equivalent five years of accounting & finance experience.

Candidates having CA intermediate, ACCA or ICMA qualification will be preferred.

 

 Skills / Knowledge.

  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

 

 Maximum age limit up to 40 years.

 

 Travelling:- As and when required.
