Relevant Experience: 

  • Master degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum 05 years of market linkages experience. Relevant project experience is highly desirable

Job Description:

  • Conducting Project Skill for Market Linkages orientation
  • Develop SFML (Skill For Market Linkages) Basic Marketing Strategy.
  • Establish a for profit skill center for women
  • Identification of Potential Vendors as per criteria defined by PSDF
  • Identification of product based Potential Vendors as per criteria defined by PSDF
  • Centre Visits for Market Linkages development
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Organize meeting with Women Chamber of Commerce
  • Organize meeting with Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturer Association
  • Organize meeting with District Manager Industrial Homes for events and exhibitions arrangements
  • Organize meeting with the Different Brands owners
  • Organize meeting with products based (uniforms, Causal wears) for business generation
  • Exposure visits of the Trainees in different stitching units and brands for making them aware of market trends
  • Sign MOU with different vendors for employment opportunities and business generation purpose
  • Create employment opportunities for Trainees as per skilled level
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
  • Ensure the quality of the products prepared at training centers.
  • Organizing exhibitions and online marketing of the products.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
