Product Manager:

What you will be doing?

• Act ask a stakeholder and iterate with UX designers to transform use cases into UX/UI prototypes
• Translate business strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Break down a release milestones defined in a high-level technical spec into a high-level plan
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Define the granular detailed tasks needed by engineering to implement releases
• Accept of engineering work, making sure it meets all of your requirements
• Ensure the engineering deliverables snap well together and fully implement use cases
• Directly working with customer stakeholders to know their needs 
• Managing entire product Life Cycle from Planning, to strategy, execution, roadmap and Launch. 
• Directly working with CTO to align product backlog with development technologies.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Client Facing communication function.

What you will be not doing?

• Chasing developers around to make sure they deliver their work and tasks on time
• People management
• Low-level exhaustive quality assurance work

Candidate Requirements

• Technical: Computer Science education or an early career as a software engineer/developer in Web and Mobile development
• 3+ years experience with Product Management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Can deeply understand complex  requirements and how these impact products on a macro level
• Detailed oriented - enjoys doing a thorough acceptance and thinking about what users will encounter in the wild
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Good to Have

• Previous experience as an: agile product owner, scrum master, product manager, delivery manager, software team lead or software engineering manager
