POST:

Deputy Manager

Training & Development – (01)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Master degree in HR / Business Administration / Behavioral Sciences with minimum 05 years post-qualification work experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be aware with complete HR Functions of the organization.
  • Must have prepared and execute organizational level training and development plans.
  • Experience of conducting recruitment drives, selection procedures, orientation programs and training arrangement matters of employees.
  • Experience in maintaining various forms of HR records and employee’s profiles by designing a filing and retrieval system. Ensuring data availability all the time by keeping past and current records.
  • Sound knowledge of writing job descriptions and advertisements for various technical and non-technical positions.
  • Hands on experience of managing HR Operations in ERP based system.
  • Excellent listening, writing an interpersonal skill.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Assist Manager HR in routine HR Operations and provide decision making support through up to date HR info.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs for employees.
  • Prepare KPI based annual training programs and ensure its proper execution.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Propose and implement various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programs.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career counselling.
  • Engage training experts / companies for ensuring timely and L&D programs offerings.
  • Ensure accurate personnel profiles and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as Staffing, Recruitment, Trainings, Grievances handling and Performance Evaluations etc.
  • Ensure attendance and leave record management of all employees on monthly basis.
  • Prepare settlements / Gratuity calculation and ensure all formalities for relieving employees.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
