The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Service provider(s) for the International Rescue committee Pakistan Country Office located at Building # 2, Plot No. 270, Service Road North I-9/3, Islamabad-Pakistan for the ‘’Air Ticketing and Visa Services’’ under ‘’Master Service Agreement’’ (MSA) to IRC Pakistan. All qualified and interested service provider(s) are invited to submit their proposals.
The winning Bidder(s) will enter into a fixed price Master Service Agreement (MSA) for two (02) years extendable for 01 Year. Bidders shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in (Pakistan). Bidders shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2022-2023). Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.

A prospective Bidder requiring clarification of the Bidding Documents may notify the Purchaser in writing at [email protected] . The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than September 11, 2023. The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bid documents no later than September 15, 2023.
Bidder shall submit sealed bids addressed to theProcurement Committee, at IRC Country Office Building # 2, Plot No. 270, Service Road North I-9/3, Islamabad-Pakistan by September 20, 2023 5:00 PM. Organization reserves the right to accept or reject, any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
No late submission in this regard will be entertained.
