Vacancy Announcement for Enumerators for Inclusive Eye Health Project in District Khanewal

Civil Society Human & Institutional Development Programme (CHIP) is a value led organization that has made its mark in the development sector all over Pakistan.  We are looking for enthusiastic/energetic candidate for the above position with following requirements:

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree a relevant field in social science

Experience

Minimum 02 years of experience in the social sector and data collection in the field.

Consultancy Requirements

    Prior experience in data collection and surveys, preferably in the health or social sector.

    Understanding of the issues faced by marginalized populations and persons with disabilities in accessing healthcare services.

    Sensitivity and empathy towards diverse populations and the ability to communicate effectively.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

    Ability to work independently and adhere to project timelines and guidelines.

    Flexibility to travel to various project locations and work in challenging environments.

    Proficiency in the local language(s) spoken in the project areas and Urdu.

    The candidate must be local and should have a knowledge of local areas.

Major Terms of Reference

    Conduct field surveys and data collection activities as per the provided guidelines and survey tools.

    Visit targeted communities, households, health and eye care facilities, local organizations and international organizations working in the areas for the rights of marginalized population and persons with disabilities.

    Administer questionnaires and conduct interviews with individuals, including marginalized populations and persons with disabilities.

    Record accurate and complete responses from participants during data collection.

    Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of participants' information.

    Ensure consent prior to completing the tools from the areas and persons with disabilities.

    Follow ethical guidelines and maintain a respectful and unbiased attitude towards all respondents engaged in data collection process.

    Collaborate with the project team and supervisors to address any challenges or issues encountered during data collection.

    Submit collected data and completed questionnaires to the project coordinator or data management team in a timely manner.

Interview and assessment
