Main Responsibilities:

• To assist the Field Coordinator and related program staff in timely submission of reports.
• Assists other team members in preparing and formatting documents, including PowerPoint presentations;
• Compiles data from the field variety of sources (e.g., Success stories, reports, personnel records, etc.) for the purpose of complying with financial, program and/or administrative requirements.
• Takes minutes of regular team meetings and other meetings with the assistances of and coordination with the concern officer as required;
• Responds to a variety of inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g., staff, government officials, community members etc.) for the purpose of providing information or direction and/or facilitating communication among parties as per organization’s guidelines.

Other duties as assigned:

The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. The fluid nature of response requires personnel to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape; duties may be reconfigured to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in related social sciences disciples.
• Previous experience in same role in M&E.  
• Previous NGO experience will be preferred.
  • Experience in effectively dealing with international and headquarters staff, as well as donor agencies, government officials, and other NGOs; the ability to work with a broad spectrum of people.

  • Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations

  • Must work independently under difficult conditions
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Fluency in spoken Regional Languages. Communication in National & International Language will be an edge.
