Main Responsibilities:
- To assist the Field Coordinator and related program staff in timely submission of reports.
- Assists other team members in preparing and formatting documents, including PowerPoint presentations;
- Compiles data from the field variety of sources (e.g., Success stories, reports, personnel records, etc.) for the purpose of complying with financial, program and/or administrative requirements.
- Takes minutes of regular team meetings and other meetings with the assistances of and coordination with the concern officer as required;
- Responds to a variety of inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g., staff, government officials, community members etc.) for the purpose of providing information or direction and/or facilitating communication among parties as per organization’s guidelines.
Other duties as assigned:

Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in related social sciences disciples.
- Previous experience in same role in M&E.
- Previous NGO experience will be preferred.
- Experience in effectively dealing with international and headquarters staff, as well as donor agencies, government officials, and other NGOs; the ability to work with a broad spectrum of people.

- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent self-motivation skills
- Demonstrated analytical, motivational, communication, project conceptualization and planning skill
- Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations
- Ability to relate to and motivate staff effectively
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Must work independently under difficult conditions
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken Regional Languages. Communication in National & International Language will be an edge.
