General Responsibilities (Overall purpose) |
|
Reporting to the Project Manager and in close coordination with the Child Protection Project Manager in MCD, the Child Protection Monitor is responsible to ensure quality implementation of the community mobilization activities, such as household-to-household outreach, awareness raising sessions and events for boys, girls, men, and women, including community leaders, on child protection and education themes. This includes supporting and strengthening the community-based child protection and education structures and mechanisms. S/he is also responsible for psychosocial support activities for children and their families/care givers. |

Education / Qualifications |
University degree in social work, social studies, human rights, or relevant field.

Experience |
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of child protection/protection/education/SGBV/social work/case management. |

English, Urdu, Pashto |

Objectives for the upcoming period to be completed on the appraisal interview form with the hierarchical line manager. |
