Job Description- Admin & Finance Officer

Project Title: Promoting women empowerment through protection and livelihood services

Job Location: Peshawar and Nowshera

Core Job Responsibilities/Specifications: The Admin & Finance Officer’s responsibilities/specifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Act as Admin & Finance Officer under the direct supervision of the Manager Operations / Finance Manager.
• Brief and liaise with the Admin & Finance Officer/Manager on administrative, Human Resources & Financial matters including submission of petty cash journal statements duly endorsed by the Project Manager.
• Purchase office stationary / supplies following the administrative guidelines to maintain transparency.
• Issue office stationery to field staff including maintenance of record.
• Receive all incoming correspondences related to Field activities and take appropriate / timely action.
• Maintain all admin / finance files for record purposes.
• Maintain leave and attendance record of the field staff.
• Act as transport in-charge of the office including maintenance of vehicles and supervision of drivers.
• Act as petty cash custodian, including maintenance of Petty Cash Journal and its submission to Finance Section for reconciliation and replenishment.
• Perform any other ad hoc duty assigned by the supervisor.

 Qualifications/Experience Required:

• M. Com, MSc Economics, BBA Hons, BS Accounting, any other relevant qualification
• At least 03 years’ experience of admin and accounts handling
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Note: Positions will be filled on rolling basis.
