Planning, Implementation and Management of program in the region.
Coordination with GB Education officials for implementation of Foundation’s program
Verify reports of the school visits on sample basis and share analysis with GM Operations
Provide technical guidance to Program Manager, Program Officer and District Education Officers in the monitoring of field staff through regular monitoring and evaluation
Prepare and submit fortnightly/ monthly progress/ monitoring reports
Assist GM Operations in preparation of material requisition request when needed
Assist GM Quality Assurance in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Ensuring quality education in schools through supervision and monitoring of staff and schools
Preparation of budgets and supervision of accounts according to policies and plans.
Timely disbursement of finances to all stakeholders and maintain record of expenditures incurred.
Overview TNA activities of the education staff, analyze it and forward it to the HO/GM Education for capacity building of staff
Supervise activities of staff including Program Manager, Program Officer and District Education Officers
Prepare, keep in record all kinds of reports of the program and send to concerned authority.
Ensure materials for schools as per requirement of branches.
Observe and follow-up the teacher training, refresher and parents meeting
Supervise arrangement of meeting, workshop and training sessions for staff development
Coordinate with Government, Non-Government Organizations and other stake holders in the field of education.
Conduct meetings with partner Organizations
Ensure Values & Culture, Compliance and implementation of Policies.
Undertake all work assigned by Head Office diligently
