Qualifications and Experience:

•  University level degree preferably Master’s degree in Social Sciences/development studies, education or in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience in development sector, at least half of which should have been related to project management and strengthening partnerships. 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordination with provincial and district education departments.
• Plan, coordinate and organize meetings at the district and provincial level with government education departments.
• Conduct assessment and selection process of school in consultation with District Education Department.  
• Plan, coordinate, implement and report activities, meetings and training.
• Have understanding of importance of girl’s education, child protection and complaint response mechanisms.
• Plan and Organize trainings of teachers and event in schools, and sessions in universities.
• Coordinate and conduct different set of meetings with stakeholders like school management committees, administration, communities, students, universities and parents.
• Regularly follow up with the schools administration.
• Strong coordination with support functions.
• Collect and document success stories and case studies for project activities.
• Compile and submit daily / weekly/ Monthly reports of activities performed in coordination with team.
• Ensure database of the activities.
• Actively participate and represent the organization in various networks and forums.
• Any other job or related task assigned by the line manager.
