AKHS, P is looking for an experienced and dynamic Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 to be based at Head Office, Karachi.  

 The incumbent will take an end to end, process-based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic and reduction, enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation. Functional Consultant will work with internal clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance.   

Key Responsibilities

• Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments
• Supervising application design and architecture components
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Liaison with implementing partner for the new deployment
• Creating functional requirement as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional design for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities
• Driving test planning and execution
• Utilizing specialist knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365
• Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
• Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
• Provide ongoing support to the end users of AKHS Pakistan, Central Asia and Middle East.  

Education, Experience & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree Business or technology related BA/BS
• Preferably 3 years Dynamics 365 and Finance and Supply Chain implementation experience
• Dynamics 365 Certification
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT system
• Clear and concise oral and written communication
• Ability to lead people, teams and projects
• Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation
• Prior consulting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Projects
