Responsibilities:

Test Administration:

  • Confirming registrations and checking in test takers.
  • Administering the computer based, paper based and internet based exams.
  • Trouble shooting any problems during testing sessions.
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operations and processes.
  • Reporting to the regional office, as appropriate and adhering to all test center guidelines with regards to technical test matters.
  • Adhering to all USEFP personnel policies and guidelines.
  • Providing general USEFP support and duties as assigned by the Manager Testing Operations, Executive Director, or a designee.

Education, Knowledge & Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s is preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) and strong report writing skills.
  • This position requires a demonstrated level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects.
  • Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, documents and presentations, as required.
  • Interpersonal skills and should have experience of working in an office environment with diverse personalities.

Experience:

2- 3 years of relevant work experience.
