Key Responsibilities:
▪ Contribute to marketing and communications strategies, especially in developing content strategy for various campaigns
▪ Extract and understand the content brief and requirements and ensure its incorporation in the overall communications materials
▪ Research and develops concepts for various types of content for digital and traditional campaigns
▪ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
▪ Design and develop content for digital and print mediums including website, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations and other materials
▪ Adhere to brand guidelines and complete assignments within deadline
▪ Work in close coordination with various teams to gather information for developing communications materials
▪ Any other responsibilities as indicated by line manager

▪ PLUS: Edit and produce various styles of videos on social media including live-action, photo-based, and typographic videos
Requirements:
• 3+ years prior experience in designing content for communications campaigns
• Must be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other common design applications
• PLUS: Experience in working on Adobe Premier and Motion Graphics tools
• PLUS: Experience in photography and videography
• Understanding of visual design, design principles, and human-centered design approaches
• Strong ability to understand and follow creative and art directions
• Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Creative and art direction along with knowledge of content production
• Keep up to date with digital media trends on various platforms and constantly researches for creative ideas
• Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve content
• Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
