Manager Accounts

Minimum Experience: 8 -10 years in Accounts

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent

The candidate should have experience in Accounting, with relevant years within the dev sector, and should have strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.

Sound knowledge in indirect taxation, corporate tax, and transfer pricing

Responsibilities:

Partner with Business and Management to develop strategic plans

Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets

Provide financial reports of the company and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action

Oversee and manage operational accounting and management reporting for all entities

Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the books and records. Ensure regular review of account reconciliations including follow-up and timely closure of open items

Responsible for timely delivery of management, financial and regulatory reporting of projects expenses

Preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget for company and client’s projects

Review business processes to improve and strengthen internal controls

Liaise with internal teams globally to ensure timely corporate tax, sales tax, and VAT filing

Liaise with local tax bureau officials and support all data requirements for their reviews

Work closely with the client team to ensure timely invoicing/billing structure

Coach and develop employees in a continuously changing environment. Empower employees to execute tasks independently
