Qualification

  • Bachelors degree with 3 to 4 years of experience OR Masters degree with 2 to 3 years of experience is required in sector of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.

 

Experiences

  • Main experience in business development, technical/ financial proposals preparation.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and drafting capability in English is must.
  • Oral and written skills in Pashto or Dari is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other packages.
  • Ability to prepare required documents on time and manage submissions’ deadlines.

Job description

  • Perform screening of business development opportunities in Afghanistan in Social, Engineering and Environment sectors.
  • Coordinate with potential partners in Afghanistan on joint venture opportunities
  • Assist the team in preparation and submission of high-quality responses to Requests for Expression of Interests (REOIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Identify and coordinate with technical experts/ consultants
  • Travel to Afghanistan, as and when needed, for meetings with partners and clients
