Project Manager

Master’s degree in Social Science or Equivalent having at least 05 years’ experience in development sector, out of which 03 years should be on Project

Manager.

Team Leader-

Social Mobilization

Master’s degree in social sciences (preferably in sociology, social work and

anthropology) and having at least 05 years’ relevant experience

03

MEAL Officer

Master degree in Social Science and at least 04 years’ relevant experience

preferably WASH project on M&E position.

Project Officer- Engineering

Minimum B.E/B.Tech Hons (Civil Engineering) and having at least 05 years’ working experience in WASH with sound knowledge of infrastructure

designing in INGO/NOG.

Field Engineer – WASH

B.E Civil Engineering (preferably) /B.Tech/DAE Civil Engineering and having 04 years relevant experience preferably with NNGO/INGO on similar nature

project.

Hygiene Promoters/

Social Organizer

Master’s degree (for Men) in Social Sciences, while for Women Bachelor’s

degree and having minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.

Distribution Assistant

Bachelor degree or Above and at least 2 years’ experience in development

sector preferably in any WASH related program/project.

Warehouse Assistant

Bachelor degree or Above and At least 2 years’ experience in development

sector preferably in any WASH related program/project.

09

Admin & Logistic Officer

Master’s degree preferably MBA/MPA and having at least 3 years’ experience in Admin/Logistic or procurement officer position in development sector.

Knowledge of administrative and Logistic processes and procedures of donor funded program.

Finance Officer

MBA Finance or equivalent and having at least 4 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting position in development sector. Knowledge of adequate finance and accounting standard procedures. Knowledge of using Quick book

software will be prefer.

Admin/Logistic & Finance Associate

Bachelor or Above qualification and having at least 03 years‟ relevant

experience. Knowledge of administrative and Logistic processes and procedures of donor funded program
